Olympian Scholarship Application 2020

Thank you for applying for this prestigious scholarship. This scholarship is one way the Livermore Granada Boosters recognizes and awards the students in our community for their outstanding performance.

The deadline to submit this application form has been extended to April 10th.

A few notes:

  • Please review the application worksheet prior to filling out your application.
  • The application below should be filled out and completed by the student and also requires a parent signature.
  • The application includes 5 pages: Student Information, Athletic Information, Community & Other Activities, Coach Contact for Evaluation, and Agreements. You can save your application and resume later using the link provided at the bottom of each page.
  • The application should take less than one hour to complete.
